The Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS system) is a complex arrangement of a building concrete part, a high bay steel racking system with integrated stationary hoist systems, their input and output areas and the storage and retrieval machines running in the racking aisles. It is extensively applied in manufacturing, logistics industries, such as the warehouse of finished goods and purchased material for large manufacturers, flexible automatic system (FAS), large logistics centers and distribution centers, etc.

AS/RS is a stereo automated warehouse system which is a combination of high pallet racks, supported by stackers and other automated transmission systems and operating software.

All our processes strictly adhere to ISO-9001 procedures. Raw material inspect ---- First Production Confirm ---- Painting inspect ------ Full inspect before packing. And we have 3 years quality warranty against BL issue date.
2. How to install the racks?
You will get detailed install instruction for the rack you custom. If needed, we can provide our engineers to instruct your workers.
3. What about delivery date?
Usually 18 – 20 working days.
4. What is the term of payment?
Once clear requirement and determined which product is ideal for you, we will send proforma invoice to you. You can pay via TT bank transfer, LC as you like.
5. If we find your bank account different as before, how should we respond?
Pls don't send the payment and double check with us before arrange payment.
6. What you need to provide us before quotation?
A. Already with project design: Just send us, you will get quotation soon.
B. Without project design: Tell us detailed information, for example warehouse size, rack size, loading capacity, level…You will get free design.
7. If we don't find what we need on your web, what should we do?
